Parking has been arranged at the following locations: Cars: IBEW Hall 626 North Fourth Street, Steubenville, OH 43952 (two blocks north of the school) Buses: Off of Ross Road (across Route 7). Overflow Cars: On 3rd across Route 7 next to the Honda Dealership
